For more than 13 years, Shining S.C.A.R.S. Inc. has been recognized by numerous organizations for its commitment to empowering children with scars through positive reinforcement, encouragement, and education. Our mission is to help every child discover their inner strength, build confidence, embrace self-acceptance, and rise above the stigma often associated with visible scars.

Our founder, Krystian Leonard, was honored as a 2021 Diana Award Recipient in recognition of her dedication to serving thousands of children globally and creating lasting positive change in their lives.

As we look toward the future, Shining S.C.A.R.S. remains committed to expanding its reach and ensuring that even more children and families are inspired to find hope, confidence, and strength. We are excited to continue making a meaningful impact for years to come.

To date, our beloved character, Little Eugene, has reached children around the world through partnerships with organizations such as Cuddles for Clefts, cleft support groups in the Philippines, hospitals, and individual family requests. Together, we can help every child discover the strength, courage, and confidence to let their light shine.
